330ml bottle served in a pint glass.
A: Pours a slightly hazy orange color forming a nice big light yellow creamy and soapy head. Good retention and tons of lacings formed and left in the glass
S: Strong caramel in the nose. Caramel malts, excellent flowery and citrus hops
T: Pretty much as the nose. Slightly sweet upfront. Strong notes of caramel and crystal malts. some notes of roasted malts too. Good hoppy sting. Good bitterness level too. Hops profile is very grassy and a bit citrus
M: Medium body. A bit molasses. Good carbonation. Caramel and grassy hops bitterness in the aftertaste
O: Great drinkability. Excellent session APA. Indeed, a strong "American" character conduced mainly by the outstanding hops profile

Pours with a thinner slightly off-white head that's pretty small; burnt orange hue that leans clearer rather than hazy.
Aroma has notes of citrus, some apply, pineapple, and a light malt sweetness. Taste follows suit with some tartness on top of the passion fruit hoppiness. Leans a little too sweet for my taste in the style, and the hops are definitely overshadowed by the maltiness. Lingering bit of flowers and candy in the aftertaste, and doesn't stand up to the better ones in the range. MF is almost medium with a very soft carbonation. Little sticky at points. OK drinking as I would have looked for something hoppier, cleaner, and more refreshing. Not a bad try but not quite there.

Pours creamy beige body, and after gushing - a foamy beige head. Mild hop aroma, pleasant enough. While the mouthfeel is mildly creamy-buttery, it feels watered down. Before expirey date. Drinkable, though not a great example of an American pale.Bottle sent me from members of the "Importations Privées Bièropholie" buying club.

Bottle: Poured a hazy deep yellow color ale with a super large foamy head with perfect retention and great lacing reminiscent of Belgian ale. Aroma of medium sweet Belgian malt and lightly hoppy bitter notes more geared toward European hops. Taste is also a strange mix between some dry Saaz-style hops with some lightly sweet pale Belgian malt and a light bready and somewhat spicy yeast finish. Body si quite full with great carbonation. Interesting European spin on the APA style.
