500ml bottle best before 12 May 2013: poured into a Uk pint sleeve on 16 July 2012.
As pale as a Pale Ale can get without being anaemic: light golden actually with a thinning white head.
The nose is hoppy and summer fruity; the taste follows the aromas almost to the letter with the hops becoming even more prominent towards the end of each gulp. The malt content although playing second fiddle to the hops are noticeable because the beer is far from an over hopped, bittering brew in any way.
Considering it has been brewed for a supermarket chain I'm impressed with it's quality.

Sold as a limited edition in the Co-Op.
Pours a light straw coloured body with very thin white head.
A very aromatic big hop hits on the nose with burn't sugar and some floral notes.
Gloriously well rounded and quite deep Starting with a wheat taste warming alternatively into hops with a very slight citrus twist and also yeasty bitters with a slight honey/floral tang.
Nice light touch on the mouthfeel make a very refreshing easy drinking beer.
