On tap at the brewpub. Pieces of wheat floating. Lacey, and the wheat is there is appearance. It is fresh. Rather light in mouthfeel yet astringent, lemon in head, for the style they didn't get it. The wheat is there, maybe the yeast? Maybe too fresh? Filtered.

Hefe-weizen-y I guess. Hazy, peach-coloured, with notes of lemon and some spiciness. Taste is heavy on lemon and coriander with some banana. Quite smooth and creamy, but light in body and refreshing. Definitely a summer beer. This one was served with a lemon wedge.

A nice, easy-drinking summer beer.
It could use a little more hefe (it wasn't very cloudy at all).
The taste was very light & clean. Very approachable. The beer-geek in me wants some more fruity esters & possibly even some hop flavour (this is the Pacific Northwest!).

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
