Hazy golden color with a dense cloud of pearly activity. Thick frothy white 3 finger head, lasting around 15-20 minutes, with good legs. Flavors of lemon and lime, thyme, wheat, sweet grains, maple syrup, floral and herbal spices. Citrus sharpness, with balanced sweetness, and faint grassy hops. Oily smooth medium body with crispy carbonation. Medium strength finish, pleasant intensity and accessible, lingering herbal spiciness, citrus, yeast, peppercorn notes, with a straw feel. Tasty flavors with a nice feel, refreshing and well balanced. Overall very good quality craft.

Bottle: Poured a light yellow color ale with a rather large pure white foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of light wheat malt with some subtle lemon notes. Taste is also dominated by medium wheat malt with light lemony notes. Body is light with good carbonation. Thyme notes are not easily discernible and doesn’t play a major role. Overall, light witbier that pale in comparison to other beers from the style.
