On tap at the brewery: Hazy dark gold/light amber color with a 1 finger beige head lasting around 5 minutes. Average legs but good lacing and swirl reaction. Flavors of caramel, butter, barley, grapefruits, orange, and herbal hops. Slick and smooth medium body with a moderate crisp. Strong strength finish, slightly soapy, tropical yet dominantly grainy and leafy. Thick on the malts, too much for typical IPA. Not well balanced. Freshness is okay. Accessibility is higher than regular IPA. Overall above average quality craft.

Bottle: Poured a light amber color ale with a nice large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hops with light floral undertones notes is quite enticing. Taste is a mix of citrusy hops notes with hints of bitterness with subtle dry caramel malt notes and some floral undertone notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Well brewed with great drinkability while sticking to the style standards.

Much more like a pale ale. Nice hop bitterness. Concept is cool but much better local options. Will not have again.
