"Gose on sea". Bright straw color with a mist of yeast. More cloudy if poured all the way. Slightly foamy and frothy white 2-3 finger head, lasting around 5 minutes, with mediocre lacing. Flavors of sweet grains, salt, sea, lemon, light cabbage and grapefruits, wild yeast, and floral hops. Slick and oily full body with a good crisp. Light strength finish, soft salty and flowery feel. Slightly sour and tart with a very faint barnyard feel. The salt is mellow and the rest highly accessible but still well balanced. Session type of strength, lacks a bit of flavors, but I find some pretty good complexity in there. Very fresh while filling and salivating. Overall very good quality craft.

 

Bottle: Poured a clear pale yellow color ale with a nice large pure white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light tart notes with some lemon notes is quite refreshing. Taste is a good mix of lemon notes with some tartness and light salty notes also apparent. Body is about average with good carbonation. Super well brewed Gose with nice level of complexity and retaining great drinkability.
