Capped: Clear light golden color with some good activity. Slight veil with more yeast. Foamy 2-3 finger head, lasting around 5 minutes, light lacing and swirl reaction. Flavors of cranberries, wheat, apples, green grapes, and floral hops. Slick and oily medium to full body with crispy carbonation. Strong tart finish, acidic fruits, ends with a bit of straw and flowers. Lacking some balance and freshness, even the texture is uninteresting. Some with like the boldness, like the wife sour queen. Still, overall, an average quality craft but the ingredients are of good quality though.
