Capped: Clear dark golden color with tons of activity. Murky if some yeast is poured. Light creamy 2-3 finger head, lasting around 10 minutes, with average legs and swirl reaction. Flavors of mushrooms, flowers, raw herbs and leaves, honey, barley, lemon, and herbal hops. Slick full body with moderate prickly carbonation. Medium strength finish, autumn kind of herbal and leafy feel of mild bitterness, sweeter but pleasant and salivating. Good balance and complexity. Not really fresh though, slightly peppery and dry, also a bit citrusy. Feels more like a red ale than the paler visual. The texture lacks a bit of refinement. Overall very good quality craft.
