Medium: Capped, stange glass.
Opacity: Clear with a haze of yeast.
Color: Straw with good activity.
Head: Foamy 2-3 finger.
Legs: Okay with basic swirl reaction.
Smell: Caramel/Flowery/Apricot.
Taste: Cabbage/Barley/Minerals.
Feel: Veggies/Noble hops/Cereal.
Body: Medium to full, slick and decent smoothness.
Carbonation: Prickly and sharp.
Overall: Feels more like a blonde than true Kolsch; too much maillard reaction and not flowery enough. Still a good quality brew.
