On tap at the brewery : Hazy and cloudy dark golden color, slightly foamy white 1-2 finger head of poor retention in a tall Pils/Weizen glass. Flavors of lemon, wheat, peach, Belgian yeast, and floral hops. Slick and oily medium to full body with a moderate crisp. Medium strength finish, highly yeasty and quite sharp, with flowery hops and citrusy fruits. Feels more like a wheat beer or Witbier. Good freshness and not overly intense. Good quality craft overall.

Growler: Poured a light amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and surprisingly good lacing. Aroma of light fruity ester and nice Belgian malt with lingering sweetness is unfortunately offset by some major DMS issue. Taste is at first very nice with some good Belgian malt with great ester of fruit and well balanced sweetness but the overcooked vegetable notes are quite atrocious and unfortunately ruin this one for me.

Sold in a 1,86 litre growler, no label, same bottle for all the products, this as an overprint " Courlieu Blond Belgian Ale 5,9%"
A: golden-copper colour, with a white lasting head
S: grainy, closed, some spices
T: grainy, cereal, some malt, banana esters.
M: good mouthfell, medium-bodied
D: nice easy drinking ale but it's missing something, a mix of golden/ blond ale and a belgian pale ale.
