Draft: Poured a clear mahogany color bock with a nice little foamy head with OK retention. Aroma of light banana bread and caramelized sugar is quite enticing with great notes of wheat malt. Taste is a well rounded balance between some banana ester with caramelized sugar and light lingering finish. Body is about average with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Very well brewed with great drinkability factor.
