Brewed 14 Feb 2013, 500 ml bottle from Co-op La Maison Verte. Brewed with 100% Quebec ingredients including organic barley malt, wheat and balsam fir,
Malt well balanced by slight hop bitterness and subtle spruce (balsam fir) flavour, somehow a bit sweet and a bit sour in the aftertaste but refreshing in the heat.

Bottle: Poured a dark amber color ale with a large foamy head with OK retention and some light lacing. Aroma consists of piney notes with some grain and cereal notes. Taste is also a mix between some piney notes with some cereal and some unrefined grain. Body is about average with good carbonation. Interesting though not something I see myself buying again.
