Surprising is the best word i can give. I was expecting a "weir" taste but the IPA background really took me off-guard. Very bitter (IBU:70) and totally unexpected for a "white beer"... in fact it's not really white but a very pale blond in colour. The head is totally resilient and white, gives an excellent lacing on a clean glass and the aroma is of coriander & curaçao. The hop load in this beer is what is the most surprising and I have to admit...gives it a distinctiveness that I have never experienced before.

It is something that you must try if you find it around you. Fortunately for me...it is readily available at my local speciality store.

Cheers!!

Draft: Poured a hazy light yellow color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma consists of wheat malt with flowers notes and light sweet ester. Taste is a good mix between some flowers notes though not as powerful as hibiscus with some wheat malt and some fruity ester. Body is quite full with good carbonation. Really enjoyable with a solid malt backbone and some nice floral notes.
