A dark Belgian ale, sour and likely chardonnay barrel-aged.
A: Dark brown with a ruby tint. Mostly opaque. Small head with almost no retention.
S: Sour cherries, light sweet malt.
T: Sour cherries, caramel malt, yeast, Chardonnay.
M: Balanced body, sparkling with dry finish.
A good Belgian sour! Reminiscent of New Belgium's La Folie but more tempered.
