Served from the bottle into a nonic glass.
A- Poured a dark reddish brown color with off-white frothy head that left glass coating lace.
S- Big toffee, caramel, nutty, and cherry notes.
T- Big juicy fruit notes of apple and cherry, nutty, toffee, caramel, chocolate, roasted coffee, and bready notes.
M- Quite smooth, lots of prickly carbonation, some warming, and semi-dry finish. Maybe a tad overcarbonated for my liking.
O- I hardly see any regular bock beers on the market, but I seem to enjoy every one that I have had. Very nice rich malt character on this beer.

22 oz botle from Roth’s Vista Market in Salem. $3.99 Chestnut brown coloured body with a small light tan head. Sort toffee malt aromas and good whiffs of roasted hazelnut. Nice really Very cream smooth rich fudge malty taste backed by a good roasted hazelnut tones, slight coffee bitterness at the end. Excellent Nice and smooth on the palate..low carbonation helps. This is a very nice bock the addition of roasted hazelnut makes it even better
