Virzpazar 3/8 2015. 50 cl can with knight of Holsten proudly riding served in a plastic cup at Beach restaurant near Virzpasar.
Pours clear yellow with big white head. Stable. Settles as a 1 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing,
Strong malty aroma with some acidic salty notes. Sweet pale malts and bread. Whiff of sour grains.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery and lively texture.
Flavor has a good balance between malty sweetness and bitterness. Nice lingering bitterness in the aftertaste.
Not fantastic but a solid lunchbeer for a simple dish of carp and vegetables.

Forget the German Purity Law or the German Quality... This beer is watery, thin, overcarbonated and bitter. Like a German beer. Is it bad because it's made by Carlsberg Serbia? Nevertheless. It's uninteresting. Boring.

Lav beer from Carlsberg Celarevo that was added 10% of water.
Very pale golden color.Medium carbonatio with little foam.Smell of pale malt, mineral water.
Small body with biscuit taste.Some hop bitternes.Short finish.Nothing interesting,but nothig bad!If you are thirsty, one will go.Not sure about 2.
At least, it's not skunky like Lav and other green bottles....
