In my top 3 all-time beers. Mosaic hops are amazing and it has a crisp, clean taste. If you like IPAs, Rock Art Mosaic Double IPA is an undefeated World Champion. An 86 rating does not do this beer or brewery justice, my friends.

On tap at Vermont Tap house. This was poured into a tulip. The appearance was a hazy semi-burnt orange color with a bar pour’s kind of slim white head that dissipated at a nice pace. Semi-sticky lacing glosses thinly around the sides of the glass. The smell started off with a bright sweet citrus happiness. Some bitterness rides in underneath. Subtle pine. The flavor takes on some nice citrus sweetness to ride thoroughly through right on into the aftertaste. Mostly sweet malty finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a nice sessionability about it. Carbonation rides light enough to allow some nice stickiness to move over my tongue. Overall, good DIPA by Rock Art, they seem to be getting this style these days.
