Refreshing light ale brewed with ginger that our brewers prepare fresh the day of the brew! It takes 8 hours to uniquely prepare fresh ginger root for our brew, at the same time we add lemons, and absolutely NO HOPS! Yes we brew the way we want here, and this beer needs no hops. Let the ginger and lemon shine!

Canned 7/21/20. Pours a crisp golden hue with almost no head into my glass. A touch of ginger in the nose but not much else at first. Now we're talking taste-wise. Strong ginger essence starts on the tongue and gets a little sweet in the middle. Finishes a little hot from the ginger. For some reason, I really like this and it could be refreshing as part of a mixed drink or even with a fresh lemon (sacrilege?) along the edge of the glass.

Can to becher pint glass.
The appearance was a glossy burnt yellow/semi-copper color with a small white semi-foamy head. It quickly subsided and didn't leave any lace but I get that with ginger beers. Not sure how many people know but true "ginger beers" will almost always never have "much" or any head due to this spice hindering head retention height. Me, so I didn't mind lack of head here, thus leading to no lace.
The aroma obviously has the strong spicy notes of ginger with some slight sweet notes of it as it warmed.
The flavor leaned towards the spicy side of the ginger and just like in the aroma seemed to warm into a little bit of sweetness. Long ginger spicy aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was about light bodied, perhaps just a bit above with a fair sipping quality to it. Ginger harshness is starting to enter in for some hindering behavior. Light ginger heat hitting the roof of my mouth. Carbonation felt fine. Finishes with ginger crisp and spicy character.
Overall, as a straight up "ginger beer" I'd say pretty good. I bet this would be quite good as a Moscow Mule or even with a splash of vanilla syrup. If I have again, I most likely will be splashing in that vanilla!
