Pours a mild copper color with a one-finger head into my glass.
Aroma is rich with floral, pungent cacade hops showing through well in the nose.
Taste is full of grassy cascade hop goodness with a hint of biscuit malt underneath. Very satisfying.
Finishes dry at the back of the throat with lingering spiciness/grassiness from the hops.
A decent beer that is meant to showcase rock art's home crop of cascade hops. There's certainlya lot of potential in this ale.
