The first of three IPA’s featuring all Vermont grown ingredients. Aromatic Centennial Hops Grown in the Champlain Valley Hops yard. Starksborough Vermont Beautiful Pale Malt Grain grown in St. Johnsbury Valley and malted by Peterson’s Quality Malt in Charlotte Vermont.

Poured from a 16 oz can, born on 3/02/21. Pours straws yellow with a finger or two of white foamy head. Subtle bitter hops with taste of citrus fruit. A tad on the watery side. Refreshing.
