Caramel malt body, hint of peat smoked grains, roasty background, slight warming from the 9% abv. Enjoy on cool Summer Evenings or Cold Winter days…..

Delong in a taster glass at the brewery.
Light mahogany color with a thin, light tan head. Not a strong nose.
Taste somewhat light, but nice traces of caramel.
Smooth. Easy drinking.

Can. Clear dark amber with lasting head. Peaty smokey aroma with herbal and pine and maple syrup and subdued fruit. Rich and surprisingly dry with earthy smoky herbal finish. Nice medium low carb to keep it blended nicely. .

Picked up a 16oz can at the brewery during in visit in mid-October....
Pours a very dark chestnut color. Cannot see within to find any carbo, and a hard-pour brought out a creamy, beige head which rapidly disappears... Aroma is mild, with some caramel and toffee, though little else. The body is medium, and it's decently smooth.
Flavor is semi-sweet, with more of the toffee/caramel combo found in the nose. Has a touch of caramelized brown sugar, and a suggestion of smoked peat. The finish is somewhat dry, with a smidge of floral hopping. Overall, rather pedestrian.... Cheers!
