Yeasty, not particularly delicious, I'd take a pass.

Poured from a 22oz bottle. Nice head that dissipates to a ring in ~1-2min. Good lacing on the glass. The color is golden with an orange hue, darn clear with maybe a minor hop haze. Great Simcoe aroma and flavor upfront - pow! Pretty dry, I'm tasting hops from start to finish. Just a touch of bitterness on the back end to remind the drinker this is an IPA. Overall this is not a complex elixir but a nice brew that I will buy regularly when passing by the Woodstock Farmer's Market.

22 oz bottle was poured into a pint glass.
Appearance: A one finger head was poured that reduced to a thin layer. It is a pale orange color with great clarity and vision of bubbles coming up through the glass. Spotty lacing down the glass as the beer was drank.
Smell: Herbal Earl Grey tea, citrus, grassy, a little pine, lemon, toasted, and pale malts.
Taste: Hop flavor is nice and pleasant. Simcoe stands out with malts in the background and mild tingly bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Smooth, crisp, refreshing, light to medium bodied, mild bitterness, and medium carbonation.
Overall: This is a nice single hop Simcoe IPA. Great choice of hop in this brew. Hope I can find this one again in VT.
