A. It pours a hazy, opaque deep red/brown color. A good foamy tan head with some lacing.
S. It has a sweet citrus scent and a bit of a celery undertone.
T/M. It has an extremely tart taste. Lemony. A strong hop bite. Extremely bubbly, almost like a sour beer. Some yeast.
O. It is an overpowering taste and very foamy in the mouth. A bit too intense for my liking, but interesting.
