Enjoyed on draft at the brewery in beautiful Rat City, WA. Home of Zippy's Giant Burgers, Salvadorian pupusas, more than 16 different bahn mi sandwiches, and a neighborhood where 13,000 people speak a combined 54 different languages.
The interaction of the yeast and dry-hopping of this beer is nothing short of harmonious. I loved every sip of it, and mourned the point at which nothing was left but lacing and condensation.
