I had this on a regular CO2 tap at a recent brewfest, and the beer was wonderful, I am doing my review based on a Nitro-tap serving at one of my locals. Served in straight pint glass. Poured cloudy, pale yellow with that thick nitro head. Decent retention and rings of lacing.

A nicely neutral, slightly sweet aroma greets the nose. the flavor profile is nicely balanced with the sweet graininess being evened out with a slight hop tang on the finish.

Nice full, smooth body coats the tongue wonderfully. The drinkability is excellent, having several of these beauties over the course of the day would not be a problem. Overall, I think I may have liked the CO2 version a little better, but either way this beer is worth seeking out. Another job well done from a brewery that is quickly gaining a lot of respect.
