The brewery just calls this a "Wiess" beer. Thanks for the help guys. Served in bubble pint glass. Poured a pleasant, cloudy yellow with about 1-1/2 inches of white head that had good retention and medium-light lacing.
The aroma had a noticeable, but not strong, yeast-banana scent upfront with very pleasing grain tastes in the background. The flavors had the same aspects, but were bigger and more clearly defined.
The body was good, a bit fuller than medium, and very smooth. Drinkability was excellent, I could see downing these all afternoon. Overall, a very nice job from the guys from White Center. I just wish their website was updated so I could give credit to the homebrewer that developed this beer. Worth seeking out around the Puget sound region.
