Special cask for Crockett's Public House in Puyallup.
Pours bright orange, thick fluffy cap of head that lasts for minutes. Smell is slightly fruity, slight pine, honey, and earthiness. Taste is honey and bright fruit, slight biscuit. Earthiness and pine linger on the sides and back of the palate, and are nicely balanced. Mouthfeel is like silk, extremely smooth and light. Body is light and airy, slightest of carbonation tickles sporadically. A nice light cask pale, subtle and complex, well balanced.
