This beer is one of St. Elias's best, it taste like a german helles lager that is crisp and refreshing. That's where those hops come into play. It's light, decieivng at first look, but its a good one, their best year round beer but wait...they've been out of it for a few month now. They need to keep in on the list, ALL the time.

Appearance: beautifully clear, light gold, little head. Served too cold.
Smell: mild, biscuity, slight fruit and hop scent
Taste: crisp, refreshing, hint of biscuits and tart fruit, hop bitterness is evident but not in your face.
Mouthfeel: thin, watery.
Drinkability: Being that the body of this beer is so thin, it would work as the perfect lawnmowing beer. They sell it in growlers too. Not a great rep of a kolsch, but a solid try.
