Appearance: beautiful pale yellow, clearer than I think a wheat beer should be! Maybe they filter it somewhat? Don't know. Served in a pint glass so the classic hefe head couldn't build, plus it was just too damn cold of a serving temp.
Smell: Bananas right up front, spiciness almost like white pepper, very slight hop presence.
Taste: Greasy bananas on the forefront followed by the peppery spiceness. The hop presence is more noticable in the flavor, but kept in check, where it should be.
Mouthfeel: pretty average, maybe a bit thin. Smooth drinking though.
Drinkability: I had two before my pizza arrived, but couldn't eat all of my pizza. It's a filling beer, but right on style.
