A refreshing specialty ale with a malty, fruity backbone, hopped just to balance. The addition of malted rye adds a dry fruity complexity to this ale. Brewed with rye, flaked maize, Belgian malts, and balanced with noble hops.

Tasted like a bitter bud immediately after the Baltic Porter. Golden colored ale with faint malts and fruits.
Pours a mild but dissipating head. The pale ale shows some bitterness but overall the taste is not distinguishing.
I cannot fully recommend the beer, as I much prefer the breweries seasonals over their year-round beers. Better put: tasted alone, this beer will do, but tasted with a good beer, you will notice its weak hops. I do recommend the St. Elias environment however, one of the best in Kenai/Soldotna.
