We've taken our IPA and amped it to dizzying heights with more malty goodness and Cascade hops.

Really enjoyed this on cask, in a growler, at room temperature. Not really an IPA, more like a cask English Bitter. And given that I just returned from the UK, this was especially appreciated. Very malty, very sweet, and very tasty.

On cask at Run of the Mill. Served with about a quarter inch head on top of a very nice copper colored brew. Smells pretty ordinary. I can faintly detect hops. The taste is very malty for an IPA, but the hops are present at the finish. Might be a dissapointment for a hophead, but its a good alternative to an ESB one might normally find on cask. A great mouthfeel and high drinkability for the style.

Out of a cask this beer was a cloudy copper color with lots of sediment. The one-finger, beige head displayed pretty good retention and lacing in thin bands. The aroma was of floral hops, sweet malt, light citrus hops and some bready malt - well balanced. The flavors were notably oaked, perhaps the cask-conditioning. I tasted bitter herbal and root-like hops, piney hops, crystal malt, lots of dough, toasted malt with an element like pretzels and smoke. The mouthfeel was smooth soft and a little watery, the body medium and the carbonation light.

Served in a half pint, a cloudy golden color with a creamy looking head that leaves plenty of lacing.
Smell is not a hop blast of aroma, but you can certainly tell there's enough hops in there, slight citrus aroma.
Served at room temperature, taste is creamy for an IPA, decent hop presence but doesn't hit you over the head with it, not too bitter either.
