As black as the night and as smooth as the Blarney Stone, our version of this classic Irish style is thick and creamy, with a mild aftertaste of burnt and roasted grains.

Reviewed from my notes. The beer has a very dark brown color. There is a thick dark brown foam head. The carbonation is cascading within the glass, thanks to the nitro tap. It is a very pretty stout. The malty aroma is of slightly roasted grains as well as some coffee. This tastes how a smooth, creamy stout should. There is a big roasted malt flavor with some coffee bitterness. As you would expect from a dry stout, it has a light body, low carbonation levels and not much coating. I find it to be pretty drinkable. I could easily bring a growler of this home with me to enjoy of the next few days.
