On tap at The Parcel Yard in Kings Cross Station, London
A - Pours deep red-brown, bit of light tan head that dissipates rather quickly
S - Smells of nutmeg and caramel malts: very spicey
T - Caramel malts, cinnamon, nutmeg, toffee notes at the end, finishes lightly bitter with an aftertaste reminiscent of liquorice
M - Smooth and light
O - fairly light overall, but very pronounced in its spiciness, which distinguishes it as a winter warmer

A: dark mahogany, thick looking but not cloudy, small lid of film, some lacing.
S: Spicy, cranberry.
T: Spices, marzipan, cinnamon, cherry, German style Christmas cake lingering spicy finish.
M: Really smooth and light, glided effortlessly into the mouth.
O: An unconventional winter beer/ mulled wine mash up, nice to have a
couple of pints but slightly too sweet for a long session.
