The beer has a dark amber slightly clouded character, a very small off-white head.
The smell is nutty, malty and sweet with some fruit acidity, yeast and hay.
The taste is upfront nut fudge, brown bread, pear acidity, bitter seeds.
Small carbonation, watery and soft body, a coarse dryness.
A medium real ale, at the Queens Head in Stockholm.
