Buffalo Brewery (Aus.)

Found this craft brewery/resteraunt in what seems the middle of nowhere, at a junction in the road. It is not a fancy place but a real establishment. The brews have a distinct flavor from other craft brews I have sampled while in Australia. Unfortunately they are fairly bland. I sampled all of the beers and was a bit disapointed in the dark ale & stout as they were not robust or have any character. The wheat and Lager seemed to be pretty generic. I did not get a chance to eat but the menu looks like standard pub grub. I woundn't recommend going out of your way for this place, but to each their own.
