This is a very fruity IPA. It's not all that dry, despite the "Brut" moniker. There's zero bitterness. It's medium sweet.
It's like alcoholic fruit juice. It's very good fruit juice, to be sure, but it is quite far away from any idea of a conventional beer. I liked it better than most of the "New England IPAs", which I find boring. I thought this was very interesting, even if it's not much like any usual beer I've had.
