Appearance: This beer pours a clear darker golden color and is topped with ¾” of white head the dissipates quickly.
Smell: POC smells of a good malt base and a slight yeast aroma that has the tiniest amounts of hops in the far background.
Taste: The flavor of POC is a good blend of malt and yeast that I find rather intriguing. I wish there was some hop flavor in here but to no avail.
Mouthfeel: This is a medium bodied pilsner that has good flavor and is easy to drink.

12oz bottle with no freshness date poured into a pils glass
A: Very pale yellow, LOTS of carbonation and a two-finger head that lingers and lingers. Very nice to look at
S: Average. A fair amount of corn-driven grain, a hint of butterscotch, just a wisp of hops
T: Also average but by no means bad. A full malt profile full of all sorts of dried grains- tastes like dried fresh not roasted. A moderate hop bitterness comes through on the midpalate/finish.
M: Light-bodied and a distinct pleasant crispness
O: I love this beer's appearance. Everything else is very solid though this is a rare instance when for me the sum can't equal the total of its parts. Definitely worth a try as I'm sure for many it would be otherwise, easy to kick back during the summer months
