Appearance: Clear golden colored liquid with a fluffy, white head. Moderate carbonation.
Smell: Butter, slight herbal quality, malt.
Taste: Clean malt flavor. Touch of hops in the finish. Hint of apple.
Mouthfeel: Medium body. Creamy and rich.
Drinkablity: Very tasty and well crafted. Another solid brew from this Hachinohe Craft brewer. 2008 Japan Craft Beer Association International Beer Competition Silver Medalist.
