Poured on-tap at the Pacific Beach Ale House. The beer was poured into a pint glass with a dark, cloudy, nut brown coloring and a light, one inch foamy head. The beer carries a roasted malt and spice (coriander) smell. The beer is overcarbonated, and oversweet. Flavors are unbalanced throughout. The spices are present throughout, but pale to molasses sweet flavors. The beer is full and heavy in mouth, with a sour aftertaste. Not overly pleasant.
