Copper in colour with a light malty flavour and a refreshing finish. Named in honour of the French Acadians who settled in Nova Scotia.

Pale golden body with no head and no visible carbonation. Very smooth body but minimal carbonation. Minimal aroma too. Mild, lightly sweet flavor.
