A traditional Irish stout. Black in colour with a robust roasted flavour. Named in honour of the agile Chimney Swift bird’s that roost every summer in the Town of Wolfville. A hearty drink sure to please the enthusiast.

On tap at Paddy's Pub in Wolfville, NS.
Near black body with a decent head and ruby highlights.
Smooth medium body with medium-light carbonation.
Aroma of dark roasted grains: it's good but not much complexity. Flavor follows, adding a touch of smoke and some coffee.

A stout which just seems a bit flat in all respects.
