- 2013 vintage / Sour blonde brewed with peaches and apricot
- 5oz. pour off tap at Churchill's Pub (San Marcos, CA) into tasting tulip glass on 17-Sep-16
Tasted side-by-side with '14 and '15 CFS's. Of the three, this was my least favorite but still thoroughly enjoyed this. The most tart of the three and still full of apricot flavor.

A: Light stone fruit, light malt, faint amount of oak and light sourness.
A: Copper color with a thin white head that quickly recedes to a thin ring in the glass.
T: Light stone fruit, coupled with light malt note, with a light lingering sourness.
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. The beer is tart, but not only lightly acidic.
O: Pretty enjoyable, while tart the beer isn't overly acidic and the fruit, oak and sourness came together well. Pretty easy to drink, though in all honesty I liked this beer a bit more when it was first released. The sharper sourness when fresh was a bit more refreshing.
