- 2015 vintage / Sour blonde brewed with apricot, and nectarines.
- 5oz. pour off tap at Churchill's Pub (San Marcos, CA) into tasting tulip glass on 17-Sep-16
Tasted side-by-side with '13 and '14 CFS's. Of the three, this was my 2nd favorite but only by a margin. This one was similar in juicy flavor as the '13, but had a bit more apricot dominant, probably due to the nectarines. The aroma stood out above the others. Not very tart with a smooth mouthfeel.
