Beginning with a blonde sour with Peaches aged in Foeders for the past 18 months, Genesis is blended with a fresh Belgian-inspired blonde ale, resulting in a light and refreshing brew with just a hint of peach goodness.
Oak aged Brettanomyces ale with peaches

Thankfully, there is no shame lurking in this bottle of beer. In fact, there’s nothing but delicious goodness waiting for you. We’ve blended oak aged beer from one of our foeders, married it with a fresh blond base beer, and kissed the whole thing with peaches [not from Eden’s Garden, mind you] to hopefully deliver us from that hell known as shame.

On tap at Beavertown Extravaganza. Aroma is grainy, yeasty and fruity. Taste has cardboard, residual sweetness and cloying yeast. This one has quite a few flaws.

Poured on tap a foamy, clear, very pale yellow under a 1" plus white head which fades to a thin cap and leaves sheet lace. Aroma is yeasty, mild peaches, Brett funk, hay/grass/herbal. Flavor is yeasty, soft peaches, slightly tart and oaky tannins. Semi-medium body and moderate carbonation. Dusty dry, yeasty, funky, and fruity finish. Interesting.

Bottle.

A: Moderate peach aroma, slight mineral character, faint funk, and light sourness.

A: Bright light orange color with a golden hue, pretty hazy, with a dense white head that has solid retention and light lacing in the glass.

T: Lots of peach flavor, slightly sweet, faint funk, with a light tartness and moderate oak on the finish.

M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

O: Solid; the beer is pretty well balanced and clean with enough peach essence to be noticeable, but not overpowering.

Nice mineral characteristics on the nose but the taste is pretty bad like you can taste steel vats. Poor use of peaches. A real "shame" of a beer for this price.
