750 mL bottle. Bright red. Smells of raspberry, oak, and lemon acidity. Tastes of sharp raspberry. Vanilla. Oak. Mostly raspberry. Dries out a lot. Oaky finish. Light sourness. It's kinda... sweet? Not really my thing.

Beautiful ruby pour, with pink-hued foam that settles in a thin ring around the body of the beer.
The nose is a blast of raspberry sherbert & Meyer lemon. There is a raspberry tart component as well, once the subtlety of the cinnamon integrates with the raspberry. Really awesome nose.
The palate brings a lot more barrel character than on the nose, and balances the experience really well. Dry oak, acidic raspberry, and subtle vanilla. I hadn't previously realized that there were chiles in this batch, and while I don't get much of any flavor influence, there is a bit of heat that sits in the stomach upon swallowing.
Sharply carbed, dry, tart. Some chile heat on the swallow. Medium acidity throughout.

750ml cork and cage bottle. DDG teku glass. Bright reddish pink body, one finger pink head, good retention, no lacing. Smell is big raspberry jam, a bit of spice, moderate lactic acidity, a bit of tannin and oak, touch of grain. Flavour follows; a slight dab of spice helps round out a big sweet jammy raspberry which is balanced out by a big moderate-hefty lactic acidity, light sweet grain, tannic, a bit of grape must. Vanilla is nowhere to be found, though I'm sure it adds some sort of sweetness that I'm not detecting underneath the acidity. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, good carbonation, slightly spicy but otherwise dominating tart raspberry and lactic acid on the finish.
