On tap at The Confessional. Excellent peach sour, consistent with peach being Tomme's favourite fruit to work with. Very sippable. A bit of malt for mouthfeel.

2021 Vintage.
Straw golden pour; fantastic peach tea nose. Notes of ripe peaches w/ hints of fresh herbs, ginger, & mandarin. The palate hits with a sour punch, bringing notes of mildly funky peaches & oaky tannin on a noticeably floral base. A fantastic blonde sour.

just incredible stuff here, one of the best i can recall ever having from these guys, which is really saying something. the art is fire as always, these guys have some of the best and most iconic labels in the game. this is a wild beer done with peaches and tea in oak, golden yellow in the glass, a little soft haze here, light sediment in the bottom, high rising head airy and white, slow fade, pretty pour. the nose is striking, for one i cant believe how bold the fruit is, and how real, its yellow and ripe and juicy and summery, i get the tangy skins and even the fuzz on them and my mouth waters instantly. i also get a lot of wine here, white wine tannic sharpness and mellow oak right there with it, seems to bring out the peach, almost a white sangria thing to this, and that comes through in the flavor too, subtle nuances of pineapple and orange there too, wow. i also uniquely get a lot more from the tea than anticipated, floral like a white tea, notes of elderflower and jasmine in it as well, a pollen and blossom springtime thing, again very much in service of the peach, herbal but without bitterness. the ferment is also awesome, its wild, mature, not too acidic, and real funky, always loved the complexity these guys develop in their wild stuff. the flavor is epic because its everything from the nose, definitely has a deep old world saison funk but also a sort of lambic thing with the pucker here. some juicy sweet from the peach nectar thing in the middle, but this is undeniably dry in its latter stages. white grape for sure to me, fresh flowers, the tea is also distinctive and really unique and compatible with the peach. lemon in the acidity as it warms, some pils malt and white wheat i think, and lots of minerals, wood, and subtlety. lovely carbonation, medium body, the absolute essence of the fruit, enhanced by the tea and the oak. world class. this won a bronze medal at gabf this year, to me its gold worthy!

This has a delightful peach nose and taste. Mouthfeel is slightly heavy, but that goes with a ripe peach anyway.

Pours a nice slightly hazed golden color with a thin white head. The smell of very ripe peach on the nose. The taste has a really nice sweet and tart peach flavor. The feel is a little heavier than expected. Overall a great beer one of the gems from EBF 2020
