22 ounce (I think) bottle into a tulip glass. Had 2/24/22. Obtained as a FOBAB at home 2020 purchase.
Pours a bright golden yellow, clear, with a one and a half inch foamy head and a decent amount of foamy lacing. Active carbonation. Aromas of oak, Brett, malt, white grapes, white wine, some lemon, some funk. Smells lightly sour. Tastes sour and a little tart. Flavors of malt, oak, white wine, some white grapes and lemon. Has a light sweet note when it first hits your throat. Smooth, a very good lighter medium, well carbonated.
A solid, traditional sour. Not a tongue wrecker, pleasantly sour. The grape must is effective and there’s a good amount of wood.
