Little bit hazy with a small head. Golden color. Smells like a gose with some musty grain. Dry flavor that is mildly fruity, salty, tart, with a bit of funk in the finish. Effervescent carbonation and light body. Easy to drink.

Murky and bubbly gold with a white head the fizzles out pretty quickly. Smells of the drier yeast with pear and slight must, pretty mild. Taste explodes onto the palate with pear, lemon curd, honeydew, must, brut yeast, buttery biscuit, and slight general tartness. Feel is crisp, wetter for style, playfully sour, and appropriately carbonated. Great to have a BDC once again, hard to find the style these days. The wife loved it

2 12oz cans into a tall glass. Canned 4/20/20, so over 4 months old. Tavour shipment.
Dull orange/pear juice colored body. Small white head quickly fizzles out, no lacing. Swarms of tiny bubbles.
Musty aroma with a light fruit touch.
On tasting, it's sour, tart, some fruit notes, and a little funky. A touch salty, so gose-like. All flavours seem light, but are certainly lasting. Good beer.
Mouth medium, finish tart and dry.
Overall, an enjoyable drink. Of note is that The Lost Abbey got the rights to brew this from the original brewer, Hollister, who called it a gose. Here, its a biere de champagne brut. Although brewed by TLA, the can lists Tiny Bubs Brewery, apparently a division of TLA. So now you know.
