Pours clear, gold in color with one inch head. Taste is grass and grain. Light bodied with moderate carbonation and slightly bitter. Not as crisp as others in the style. Probably a pass in the future.

Seems to have won some kind of gold medal in 2015!

Typical pilsner colour, clear with quite bubbley head, quite a carbon dioxidey aroma with bready malt.

Very malty flavour that is a little off somehow, this is not as dry, crisp and refreshing as other Polish, German or Czech pilsners. The hops are interesting and a little reminiscent of flowery Czech pilsners, but for me do not quite work, but the over-riding flavour is the malt. Not really a fan! Will be trying some of the other beers by this brewer shortly...

Had on tap at a restaurant in Poznan, Poland in late July. Poured bright yellow as all the pilsners of this area do. Gentle aroma of some sweet malts and grain. Taste isn't too bad, but there's a hint of metallic notes in the beginning. When warmer it seems to fade and the beer is decent, but there isn't really a hoppy note or anything to signify that this isn't a run of the mill Euro lager. Still nice to drink, though.
