Gdańsk 28/7 2019. 50 cl bottle from Zabka in Tartaczna, Old Town. Very dark and somber label in Black and dark Brown. They really takes “Czarne” seriously.
Pours opaque dark brown with a beige head. Bubbly. Settles as very thin Island of flimsy foam in the center of the glass. No Lacing.
Aroma is sweet, lightly candy-like and strangely spicy. Brown sugar, sweet soda, hard candy, nutmeg, sea weed in a light state of decay.
Light carbonation. Thin, watery, fairly flat texture.
Flavor is fairly sweet. Followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish. Lingers for a bit.
If I did not know better I would think that I got hold of a Radler with Coke and Beer by mistake. Strangely sweet Cola-like beer. An acquired taste I presume.

Drunk at Arega Sports Bar in Poznan (Poland) while watching Athletic Club Bilbao beating 4-1 Cádiz.
-Perfect pitch black colour. Small foam head that fades away fairly quickly.
-Literally Coca Cola smell. Sugary. Wine smell. Grapes. Some smoke like a Bamberger rauchbier.
-Cheap wine taste. Reminds me of a mixtura of wine with Cola fairly popular in Spain.
-Feel is watery like a Coca Cola with less amount of gas. Freshness. Nevertheless, very bubbly. No body at all.
Puzzling taste. A different taste for a Schwarzbier, strange.

Tastes like cola to a large extent.
